Job Location: Guangzhou
The AKMMeadville company R&D team is seeking an individual with strong RF test skills with a focus on RF testing and RF simulation. You will actively engage with design, process research and development team and various Operations teams in AKMMeadville.
Job Duties：
- Working with design and process development teams to ensure the test equipment / processes required for production meet the standards
- Provide technical and product expertise to support Field Application Engineers and Sales team for RF product sales
- Actively identify test/lab related issues and optimizations and work towards resolution
- Conduct detailed failure analysis and drive issue resolutions as well as close potential test gaps and correlations issues
- Prepare and present concise weekly testing status updates to management teams and lead the standardization and optimization effort of test coverages.
- Own the optimization and improvement of test methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, ensure product quality and minimize cost.
Requirement
- BS/MS in Electrical / Electronic Engineering background
- 5-10 years of technical experience in PCB RF Test or RF Product Engineering preferably in high-volume manufacturing
- Excellent understanding of RF performance of PCB and its relationship with manufacturing, assembly and testing
- Broad range of experience on high speed / High frequency signal testing and methodology as well as the RF testing lab requirements.
- Knowledgeable in production control processes, data interpretation / analysis, GR&R, Cp/Cpk and correlation analysis
- Understand AKMMeadville targeted products/markets and technology trend and directions of these products.
- Understand common statistical analysis and QC tools and 6-sigma blackbelt is a plus.
