The AKMMeadville company R&D team is seeking an individual with strong RF test skills with a focus on RF testing and RF simulation. You will actively engage with design, process research and development team and various Operations teams in AKMMeadville.
Job Duties：
- Working with design and process development teams to ensure the test equipment / processes required for production meet the standards
- Provide technical and product expertise to support Field Application Engineers and Sales team for RF product sales
- Actively identify test/lab related issues and optimizations and work towards resolution
- Conduct detailed failure analysis and drive issue resolutions as well as close potential test gaps and correlations issues
- Prepare and present concise weekly testing status updates to management teams and lead the standardization and optimization effort of test coverages.
